Modern Slavery Statement

Servana Managed Services Ltd

Last updated: 31st March 2025

At Servana Managed Services Ltd, we are committed to ethical business practices and the highest standards of integrity. This statement outlines the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Who We Are

Servana is a technology services company providing specialist cloud and devops engineering consultancy, professional, support and managed services. We work with a network of partners and suppliers across the UK and internationally.

Our Commitment

Modern slavery is a serious human rights violation that includes slavery, forced labour, servitude, and human trafficking. We have zero tolerance for such practices and are committed to ensuring they do not take place within our operations or supply chains.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains mainly include:

  • Technology vendors and cloud service providers

  • Software and SaaS companies

  • Independent contractors and professional service firms

We understand that risks may exist, especially with indirect suppliers, and we take active steps to address them.

Policies and Controls

We have internal policies and processes in place to prevent modern slavery:

  • Ethical Conduct Policy: Sets standards for fair treatment and respect for human rights.

  • Whistleblower Policy: Encourages reporting of concerns confidentially and without retaliation.

  • Supplier Standards: We expect all suppliers and contractors to comply with applicable human rights laws and our ethical values.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and carry out risk assessments based on geography, service type, and industry norms. If necessary, we request declarations of compliance with modern slavery laws as part of onboarding.

Training and Awareness

Our team members are trained to understand:

  • What modern slavery is

  • How to identify red flags

  • How to report concerns safely and effectively

We aim to embed this awareness into our company culture and daily practices.

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review our policies and assess the effectiveness of our actions. This includes:

  • Monitoring supplier practices

  • Reviewing feedback from staff and partners

  • Updating internal processes based on evolving best practices

Board Approval

This statement has been approved by the Servana Board of Directors and will be reviewed and updated annually.
