The Devops As A Service is a subscription service that begins with a Free tier and enables customers to upgrade when they think they will depend on the service more and want to reduce the support response time. The DevOps as a service provides a suite of Terraform infrastructure as code modules including and CICD pipelines compatible with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. The free tier doesn't include a support service level which means it is likely if you ask for assistance by email you won't get a response. If you want support upgrade to one of the paid plans.
